Website Re-design

I led the redesign of City Sports’ e-commerce website, starting from scratch to meet client needs. I established the color scheme, typography, and overall design aesthetic for the new site. The project involved migrating the website from a different e-commerce platform to Magento, requiring close collaboration with a new team of engineers. This year-long project resulted in an enhanced customer shopping experience and a significant increase in sales.
